Advanced Frame editor re-color a color

In LD you could select a certain color in a frame, then select a new color from the color wheel and change the original color to the new one across the entire frame or range of frames. A good way to turn a character's pants from blue to green for an animation. I'm looking for a similar feature in the Advanced Frame editor and I'm having trouble finding it.

You can use the effect "Key effect/ Color / Replace. It can be used in both Advanced Frame editor and Workspace and Timeline
