I have heard about this device, it is in the W range, its from a company called I.R.I.S, and its based in Germany, its up to 2.4W in output power. It uses a special diode code called: Thessa. Thessa's unique ability is to switch colors, for now only between 3 fixed wavelengths, 529nm, 552nm and 587nm.

I did some keyword searching. I'm certain that the laser in question is a solid state Raman laser.
