APC40 change the FX Bank(Color Cycle) to Animation speed 0-100%

Please take a look at "BEYOND Live Control" documentation. It has information about Live Control, Time control section. After that, take a look at MIDI Settnig, MIDI Surface - Sliders. In the middle of the table there are items for speed control. It means that you will modify/retune our default profile. One more way is MIDI to PangoScript, it will require some scripting.
