audience scanning + projection zones brightness

Hi all,

is there a way to reduce "brightness" only in the lower half of a projection zone?
Ideally it should have a linear decrease of brightness!

It would be a good way to get full laser power above the audience and low laser power when scanning the audience.

Hi Dave,

Old message but I wanted to put it out here.
40% in brightness or BAM doesn't inherently mean 40% of optical output..
The training of your color pallete, the variation in DAC calibration and the response of your driver and threshold all play a role..

Most lasers if they are color trained are logarithmic but since these numbers are all over the place: Unless you take measurements you cannot guarantee safety.. no measurements should mean you should not persue audience scanning unless you are capable of doing so.
