I am using BEYOND Advanced version 5.5.0.
In Project Settings, I configured BAM and set the brightness of a specific zone to 0%.
After that, I exported several cues to the projector's SD card using the FB4 Export function. During the export process, I made sure to include both BAM and Size settings.
However, when I trigger those exported cues from a DMX lighting console, the BAM settings that were configured in BEYOND are not applied. The area that should be at 0% brightness is still being displayed.
Could anyone explain why this is happening?
Is there an additional setting required on the FB4, the projector, or within BEYOND to make BAM work correctly when cues are played back from the SD card via DMX?
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
