Beam Attenuation with Atmospherics

Fairly new to quickshow and lasers in general. Have a 1w pure diode.
I've been trying out the BAM and I'm finding that it doesn't apply the power reduction against anything in the Atmospherics tabs. Working fine with the graphics tabs and Quickshape, Timeline etc.
I'm changing nothing, just switching to Cones, or Boxes and it's always at 100% even if I change the BAM to 0%

Is this a rookie error?

All help greatly appreciated.

Each projection zone has its own BAM and must be set up separately on each zone. I suspect you only set your BAM up on one zone.
