Beams problems

Hello, we are having some problems with our laser show. We actually have 3 laser projectors (2 using FB3 and 1 with the PCI card).

The problem we have is that when we set up all the beam to hit the different mirrors we have in the theater, when we play the laser show all of the beams move and no one hits the mirror.

Can somebody give us any advice on this?

when you play a cue it hits thr mirror and when you plaing a time line show it dosent?
does it miss by an inch or so?
if so than it might be that your scanners are not the best.
slow down the speed let the beam stay on each mirror longer and see what happends
if the beams are totaly away from where they should hit than check cue properties is it on full size? is it going to the right zone?
check projection zones. check track settings.

We had a discussion about this by private email. To re-cap, we believed that the problem you were experiencing was caused by your scanners. You did an investigation and found that indeed this was the case.

In addition to confirming that the problem was the scanners, you also found a workaround for your particular projector.

We are happy to hear that you were able to solve the problem. Please post for others on the forum, what you did to make the projector work better. This information could be helpful to others.
