Beyond 5.0

Hi,
Anyone else been having FB4 intermittent random connectivity issues with latest 5.0 version?
Never had this issue with 4.0, but now my dacs are dropping and reconnecting on their own, randomly.

Software is up to date as well as firmware on all my FB4’s. I see there is now an option to download 4.0 with a patch, but wondering if any one else having this issue?

Next week we will bring out a new version of QuickShow and BEYOND 5 with new firmware which will resolve this issue.

So Legacy 4.0 did fix the intermittent connectivity issues i was having.
My question is the latest available 5.0 download ok to use NOW?

Hi, Carlos!
The Legacy 4.0 installation file has only an extended period of operation.
From the point of view of the code, nothing has changed there.
And if you have problems, you can solve them by writing an e-mail to our technical support support [at] pangolin [dot] com
Version 5.0 can be downloaded from the link https://download.pangolin.com/beyond
After installation, you need to connect your computer to the Internet and FB3(FB4) to the computer and perform the update via the Update menu.
The Beyond version should eventually be at least 1570.

Yes, Carlos! Everything will be fine! Don't forget to update Beyond and FB4 firmware
