Black Points

How / What do I use "black points" instead of "blanking points" for?
Can't find an entry in the PangolinWiki that explains how to use it.

In BEYOND v1736 there are edits that regulate the use of "Black Points".
PangolinWIKI or YouTube videos do not give sufficient information in the differentiation between "Black Points" and "Blanking Points".
There are options to interchange both types.
When is the use of one type, when the other type indicated?

Black points are when you draw the points as black, and you have control "Blanked" points are for actual blanking.

The distinguishment is based on how BEYOND sees them from a core and processing standpoint, Blanked are some types of points, and visable are others, you can make visable points black, instead of blanked to retain control.
