I have the neo USB flashback 3 controller. My laser (CR laser Neo Pro series SUPER-7S) shows the blank lines in every cue/graphic/image when using LivePro or CypherLite (or even it's own on-board graphics). I can't seem to get rid of these in "projector settings". I am a newbie at this stuff. Is there some way to get the blank lines to be invisible (as they should be), or is my laser simply a cheap ($4,000 7-color RBG) piece of crap?

I am not sure what to recommend, but I would love to help you. If you are located in the US, you can send the whole system to our office in Orlando and we will find, and fix the problem.
