Is there a pangoscript that sets the BPM for each page?

No, You can click the first cue on a page, hold shift and select the last cue of a page, and then edit all cues at once.

I think I might have interped the message incorrectly. A cue does not have its own BPM. BPM is based on the bpm monitor shown in the top menu bar. You can change the shift, start and finish time, duration etc, but not hardcode a bpm in a cue.
