Can't upload to FB3-SE with Livequick?

Hi,
I haven't done this in a while, but I don't remember having had a problem like this:

I created some LDS files and wanted to upload them onto a FB3 built-in into a projector to trigger them via DMX. When start Livequick, I get:
Livequick USB can not be used with the version of FB3 SE hardware that you have.
So is this some OEM FB3? What Software do I need?

Quickshow and Beyond don't have any issues. They claim the controller is fine saying "Controller: FB3 Series: 17104 FB3 Series"

Hey Jan, can you see if a log file is generated when this occurs? It will be located in the "%\LiveQuick\Log\" directory; mine is in the "C:\QS\LiveQ_874\Log" and will be titled something similar to: "LiveQ_Apr_16_2013_11-12-AM_Part1.log".

If you find one that has been generated please email it to me at my screen name + .com.
 
Aaron, I did send the log files to your account a day ago. Do you have any news for me?

Hey Jan, I was out last week and I see Bill answered your email. I do not see a reply from our Guy and will try to light a fire for that reply.
