Cipart/Frames Browser

I noticed on this page (http://www.pangolin.com/LD2000/compared_with_other_systems.htm) that Pangolin boast of a Clipart/Frames browser but I can't seem to find it on my installation.
Is this feature limited to the PRO version?
(I only currently have an Intro version)

I was looking for a standalone proggy and didn't realise that it was a drop down item.
