Colour palette wizard - win 7 pro

I'm using Version 5.03b on win 7 Pro.

When I try to start the colour palette wizard the LD200 software crashes and has to be shut down. I have also tried in Live Pro and Showtime. Same thing happens.

Can anyone help?

I don't know this problem.

Maybe it helps if you update to the last version of Pangolin, Version 5.03C.

I also haven't heard for such a problem.
You can try first to have administrative privileges, make sure disk is not full and that you have all permissions in system temporary folder and in Palletes folder.

Second try is to reinstall software with fresh and newest version.

Hi again.

I have upgraded all the software to the most recent version. But still the same crash when trying to run the colour palette wizard!?

Could it have anything to do with the QM2K Update?
Whats the best way to use these update files?

Very strange... I don't have any solutions because i don't know the problem. maybe you can contact pangolin directly. maybe they will know the problem en have an fix.

Did you had problems before the QM update?

The update for LD2000 is just an .exe file. just double click it and follow the steps. than it will install itself.
