combining video, audio and laser

How do i combine video with audio and laser effects?
is this possible with ld2000

Next to the All button there is a yellow button with a speaker image
Press that and you will be able to open a sound file or a video file
that will be synced to your time line

And don't forget to check your timeline. If your drag out the timeline it also doesn't work.
