Sean here I seem to have a problem with my laser dongle. When I plug it in the computer finds it and then closes it down within seconds.
It was used at a show the packaged away in a storage box.
I went home and took the laser home. I tried to reconnect the dongle and it failed. It connected The disconnected.
The computer software has also failed. It will not allow the shows to be viewed in the viewing window.
The card has been removed and replaced
Can I please get a contact number for pangolin , I have emailed them twice but they have not yet replied
Things I have tried
The laser works well on standalone mode
Replace all leads
Tried the software with the dongle connected to the computer then without the dongle connected
I tried another computer
Nothing works
