controlled by DMX

I knew that QM2000 can be controlled by DMX signal through the software "ShowTime". Does it can be controlled by DMX through the software "Beyond"?
I used the Beyond which version is 667, enable the DMX in, the software recognized the QM2000's S/N, but don't respond to DMX signal, asking me to readjust the DMX setting, how can i deal with it?:o
 
The QM2000 DMX connector is not functioning in BEYOND currently. We suggest using the ENTTEC or Artnet for DMX control of BEYOND.
