Copy and paste issue.

I bought a new laptop and downloaded Beyond on it (Beyond version 5.5, build 2024). At the venue, I edited the project zone, then tried to copy and paste it, but right-click copy and paste did not work. Copy was possible, but Paste was disabled and couldn’t be executed. It only works from the Edit menu. What is the solution to this problem?

I tried clicking and then copying, but I still can’t paste it. But it works in QuickShow.
And the update from build 2024 to 2030 does not work (the internet is connected).

I am getting the same update from 2024 error. Tried reinstalling and still the same error.
Did you find a solution?

2024 has the update bug for me too.
If you have an older BEYOND.exe (I used 2005), make that your default BEYOND.exe and update from that (currently to 2030.)
2030 appears to have the update problem fixed, as well as the Copy/Paste issue (that I also had in 2024 which can be worked around using Paste from the Edit menu).

Unfortunately there is no 2030 changelog yet so who knows what else was touched.
I really miss the days (since the beginning) when the changelog was created by the binary, always ensuring that no matter what build you had, you always knew what was changed.
It's a big step backwards having to run builds with no idea what areas of the application have been affected.
I wish Pangolin would return to the old system of distributing changelog together with the binary.
