Createing Quickshapes..want to view beam show in preview window not image projected?

Hi all, I'm focusing mainly on beamshows at present and am creating cues, editing statics and creating various quickshapes to save and incorporate into my workspace. In the atmospherics section of QS you can view cues in the preview window and see the beams as they appear to an audience facing the projector. But when I create quickshapes etc i can only seem to preview how the beam will look on the wall/screen it hits.. ie a load of dots/lines/circles. How can I adjust settings so I can see on my screen what a quickshape etc will look like from the point of view of facing the projector and watching the beams?

Try to switch in the projection zone settings tab to Audience Scanning Beams.
You can do it with all the thirty zones .(incl. atmospheric zones 8 & 10)
