DB 25 coneccion a rj45 (Ethernet)

Hi, I'm Daniel from Argentina. My problem is this: I have a Pangoline FB3 board with a DB25 output port, and my laser has an RJ45 Ethernet input. How can I connect the FB3 board to a laser with an RJ45 input?
