DB25 to Cat 5 Adaptor

Hey guys! Very new to lasers and programing. I wanting to know if anyone know if these connectors will work? I have an fb3 and wanting to know if I can connect all the lasers using these converters. Thanks!

You need an ILDA cable. DB25 male on one side and DB25 famale on the other. A minimum of 9 cores are used. The maximum recommended distance is up to 30 ... 50 meters. Although examples are given in 100 m. For long distances, usb-ethernet extension cables such as startec are used

So are you saying its better to extend the usb over cat instead of the db25? Buying my first cable for my fist laser. I want to make sure i get the right stuff.

If you use FB3 (USB - > ILDA "dongle"), then the final choice depends on the desired distance.
If the distance is within 30 m, then you can use a DB25 (male-female) cable.
At a distance of more than 30 meters, it is recommended to use Startech (USB - > Ethernet) + short ILDA (DB25 male-female cable)
