Hello! I was wondering if anyone has had success in using the Aiptek 8000U digitizing tablet to work with LD? I have tried just about everything and have not had much success. After installing the driver, I noticed that I have a Hypertek USB Manager icon in my system tray. When I try and use LD, It seems to go crazy. I place the pen on the tablet and LD switches to Hi-res mode, like it should, but I get a beeping noise from my speakers when I move the pen around. Also, when I draw in the quadrant 3 area, what I draw shows up in quadrant 1. If I draw in any of the other quadrants, it just makes a line at the far corner of quadrant 1. When I uninstall the Hyperpen USB Manager, LD never switches to Hi-Res when using the tablet, however it does not have these problems. I have downloaded and installed the latest driver from the manufacturer, verified wintab32.dll is located in the windows\system32 directory, etc. Any ideas?
