Dmx 2 ilda

Hi All,

I searched the internet, but with no result.

I am looking for a small DMX512 board. So i can use a laser (only with ILDA) on my lighting desk.
This DMX board can't be build into the laser, so the board has to have it own housing.

FB3 w/QuickShow to control the projector.

Add an Enttec Pro USB interface to enable DMX in/out to QuickShow.

But, we don't want any computer between the laser and lighting desk

Like this:
Desk -> DMX Cable -> DMX512 board -> ILDA Cable -> Laser

So the DMX512 board has some ilda pattrens on an memory and send it to the laser.

I have seen such a system by an other company. Don't know any name or don't know the company who used it. :S

You can do this with the Flashback 3:

The FB3 SE-series has that capability when used with the add-on DMX board (much better than most of the limited DMX ILDA boards I've seen mentioned elsewhere), plus it gives you a very powerful USB computer-controlled interface when you need it.

You might want to contact Pangolin directly ("Contact..." link on the main web page) and see if those are still available.

I have a feeling you probably won't see many other brands discussed much on this particular forum...-@
