In LD2000 system, there is a tool can be used by the use of mobile phone to edit text messages sent out, laser lights can be immediately displayed, this tool can be used in BEYOND?

I'm sorry, but there is no such function in Beyond.
You can try to implement the necessary functionality using the PangoScript command:
RunApp File, Parameters, ShowCmd.
that can run a third-party application and pass some parameters to it.
