I'm just wondering If someone can help me.
I live In the UK and was just trying to purchase
and download Essentials to Ultimate upgrade
from pangolin Florida USA, but It's not letting me
unless I give a customs value, why doe I need a
customs value If I want to download the upgrade.

Just put in a value of 0 or 1. This has to do with other products we offer. For the moment we cannot block this field on Pangolin.com if it concerns a virtual product.
