Export Frame as LDS-FILE

Hello, i have a problem. Normaly i use SHOWTIME in a combination with "UTOPIA".
Yesterday i try out "BEYOND V 2.0 Build 699" .... I paint one laserframe with the BEYOND-FRAME EDITOR. When i have save this single frame or a cue as a LDS-File without any protection, showtime can not read this file. Showtime says "WRONG TYPE OF FILE" ... but "BEYOND" can read this LDS-FILE correctly. UTOPIA can also read this file but the frames are empty.
How can i solve the problem?

Thank you for contact Pangolin. Coming update of LD2000 will fix this problem.

Regarding Utopia. If this application use LD2000 SDK for loading the files then update of LD2000 will fix problem with Utopia too. Otherwise, Utopia developers will need to fix that.
