facing problem with ld2000 pro

Dear sir
i am using ld2000 pro(serial no is 97881)board,software version 5.30,as i want to upgrade so i download 5.60 from pangolin website.after upgrading i am facing lots of problem.probems are masking option is not working,lc flash convertor is also not working,even i m facing problem with colors,and last in designer it is showing intro 5.6 but i am using pro boardshould i download other drivers..i am attaching all those images...i shall be very thankful if you
kindly revert me soon.

Please let us know your serial number. You wrote 97881 but this is not correct. Look in the ABOUT box in LD2000 (go to Help, then About, and then click on BOARDS). It will tell you your serial number.

Please make a picture of that and post it here and we will check it out.
