Fake QS3 ?

Fake FB3QS ?

Hi,

About a year ago I purchased a FB3QS from Chinese dealer and use it with my laser machimes.
A week ago I installed the software on my new laptop and I got an error message.
When I inquired with Pangolin, they told me that they think that I got a fake product.

Does anyone hear about similar problem?

What is the QS3? The actually QS version is 2.5 with FB3.

Upload pictures your QS and FB3.

Maybe, you're got Ishow 3 software and not QS.

My QS3 looks exactly the same, with serial number beginning with 0094.
Does anyone hear about similar problem?

I can't find the CD so I downloaded the latest version from the web.

I agree with Whiteg. Unfortunately there is some confusion in the marketplace. There is a product which -- on the startup screen says "QuickShow" and on the box says "Lasershow Designer".

We are seeking legal action against this company right now.

In the mean time, we ask that you contact me (the President of Pangolin) directly about this kind of problem since I handle all legal cases.
