fb3 and windows 8.1? HELP!

I got an Hp split x2 now running windows 8.1 4gb installed ram, 64 bit operating system with a 1.3ghz processor.

When I start quick show everything seems fine untill I try to ouput to projector. Then the fb3 light turns red. Stop output and I get yellow light, close QS and get green light.

Is this PC not sturdy enough to run the fb3?
 
Green means, all is okay im activated and ready to initialize.
Yellow means, initialization is done and im ready for output.
Red means, Attention sending output to the laser.

Everything is as it should be :)

If you see other colors, then there might be something wrong..
