I have FB3 with Beyond Ultimate license. (Beyond 5.5, Win 11) Beyond does not connect to FB3. Device Manager detects FB3. When I connect FB3 to USB Beyond shows message - FB3 controller connected. But Beyond reports FB3 disconnected and green LED. But sometimes LED lights up yellow Beyond shows message - Detected USB connectivity problem. Tried using different USB cables. Connected FB3 to different laptops and desktops. Same problem everywhere.

had the same issue, tired everything, in the end the issue was the usb cable then the usb hub not powered
We sent FB3 to European Repair Center (Netherlands). They looked at our device. They said - your FB3 is OK. And sent it back to us. We received the device, but it has the same problems. I think the problem is not in the FB3 device, not a hardware problem, but in its compatibility with Windows 11. When I use Beyond "settings/Laser and EmuLaser control hardware", I do "Refresh list and reset controllers" 5-10 times. After that, FB3 connects, and I use my Ultimate license without problems all day long. I accidentally discovered this algorithm. There would be no problem if it was just FB3, but there is an Ultimate license. This creates big problems in work. For work in the studio and visualization it is OK. But work on the event is a big problem. Because when you do "Enable/Disable laser" Beyond can freeze.
Is there any way to transfer the license to the network license?
