Hi,
Recently I used one interface FB3 for a small show with Beyond a month ago perfectly fine, a week ago I connected it back to my laptop and windows gave me an error that Device Descriptor Request has been failed.
There is also no Light indication on the FB3.
I tried, a different PC either on Windows 10 or 11. Also tried a different USB cable connected directly to my laptop or PC but still the same error. Beyond or Quickshow remains that the FB3 interface is disconnected. Updating manually the driver doesn't work.
What are the options that I can do? It's been 11 years since I bought Beyond Essentials with license bound to this FB3 interface from "collimated.com".
