FB4 39 Channel - no switch to static red light in playback mode

Hi read your manual how to deal with 39 channel mode. I'm able to access the setup mode. I can modify settings as described (FB4 39 Channel DMX Profile layout [Pangolin Wiki]). According to this success, red LED on FB4 is flashing.
Unfortunately, setting Channel 1 to Playback Mode (251) doesn't lead to any success: red LED is not burning continuously and based on this FB4 is not responding to any value changes on any of the channels (14 ... 39).

Do you have any idea what could be the root cause?

Is the FB4 in DMX mode and is the DMX profile set to FB4?

Did you manage to solve this problem? I'm solving a similar mystery. In FB3 mode I can control FB4 via DMX fine. But in FB4 mode and with the correct settings, after connecting DMX, it signals the presence of a signal for about 3 seconds and then goes out. Everything works fine via Artnet, but I want to connect it via DMX.
