file load error

I don't open this file, tell me why?

(I have 2 computers .both of it run the same software with lasershow design2000 version 5.5, computer A can open this file,but computer B not. it's shows "file load error". )

It could be that the file was created in a newer version.

For example, if the file was created with LD2000 version 5.50 but you are using 5.1 or 4.5, then your older software would not be able to load the newer file.

The message might also be seen if the file is corrupted somehow.
