Please do excuse me as am an absolute newbie -we are a community group and have occasional programmes - light/ sound all done by our team( has financial constraints)
Another member of the community passed on his late son's hobby items - two Chinese manufactured LASER units ; laptop I BEYOND 4. We have been trying to work this LASER machine with this software. Bought Enttech USB DMX pro hoping that we can connect laptop to this Enttech device and DMX out connection to the Laser machine( like a normal light fixture).Unfortunately no output.
Our current finances doesn't bode well to buy FB4 or other enhancements. Is there a way to connect the software to the Laser machine or is it that we need to spend a lot more. Would be grateful if anyone could help us with some advice re connecting Beyond directly to laser machine via DMX through Enttech USB DMX pro (have lighting software installed in this laptop) .
