Help needed

I have just updated to latest version and it won't let me play any cues, or text writing. It comes up saying something about projection zones, never had this with previous software version, how do I sort this.
 
its now thrown me out altogether, cant even get into software,asking me for activation code, im registered already...

Please write the link where you downloaded the update.
Also describe briefly how you installed the update.
In the same folder as the old version or in a new folder?

The activation code is requested only by the demo version.
Maybe you mistakenly downloaded the demo?

Also, for immediate assistance you, send me screenshot of the message about problems with Zones
