Help! projector not responding to FB3

Hi there,

I am new to this although thought all was going well following my recent purchase.

I have a lw CS2000 which is working as it should on auto mode and sound mode, however, when I connect the FB3 QS with quickshow, nothing is happening.

The red light is flashing which signals that everything is working as normal, however, no projection!

Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

When laser output is enabled, does the fb3 blink red at the side of the USB connector?
