Help with scan speed settings

Hi, I've just got Quickshow and when you first start it up it asks you what kpps your laser is... my laser has 25kpps scanners, so I was wondering if I could choose the 30kpps option instead of the 20kpps?
 
You can choose anything. BUT THEN watch Video Tutorial chapter 2 to find out the REAL speed of your scanners (many projector manufacturers exaggerate) and then follow the recommendations in Chapter 2 as to how to adjust QuickShow to your projector.
