I am a new member trying to load in my drivers from the LD2000 Basic CD. Windows 7 tells me that it can;t find the drivers after loading in the software. Can someone help me install this properly.

You'll probably get quicker tech support for this issue if you'll contact Pangolin directly using the "Contact" link on the main Pangolin web page. Give them as many details as you can about your computer and the issues you are having with your LD2000 installation.

The Pangolin team is generally pretty quick to repond to tech support requests when using the "Contact" link.
 
Hmmm. Drivers should definitely be on the installation media, and it's the same driver we've distributed for years.

However, if you ever lose your installation media and need the drivers, you can find them at the downloads section of our web site here:
http://www.pangolin.com/UpdateFiles.htm
