How does this cue work?

In the default QS2 workspace, on the Sheets tab, cue 21 consists of a series of white lines that are rotated and positioned accordingly. Each of the lines is a simple abstract with no associated FX. And yet when you play the cue, the lines fade in and out one after each other and have different colours. How on earth do they fade and acquire their colour?

My guess is that you have some quickFX running on the QuickFX tab.

Well that's what I thought. But no.

Update: I reported a bug associated with dragging this cue to the timeline, then dragging it back to a new cue. It turns out there are hidden timeline events that used to be visible but aren't any longer. So I'm guessing that this is an uneditable cue (which seems harsh).
