How to insert an existing frame file into the frame editor

Can't beyond v4.0b1332 merge multiple frame files into one file? For example, I open a file in the frame editor, and then insert another file after this file.

I think that it must be there.
What I do is open the frame file 1
Copy the frame
Open frame file 2 - (which erases frame file 1)
Paste the frame that was copied from frame file 1
