How to prevent key stretching when resizing cue in timeline

How do you prevent effect keys from stretching when resizing the timeline cue? I want to resize my cue but keep the keys in place.

Set Hi-res mode for the cue. Expand track size/ rightclick on area below Event/ select Hi Res mode/ choose your options for the cue.

when I select higher resolution mode, the keys stay in place when I resize it from the right end side. if I resize the left side (beginning point of the cue) it still moves the effect keys.

Try checking if there’s an option to lock the key positions or adjust the settings for the left side.

I guess that would be my question as how to do that. I’ve never used high res mode before so i’m not sure if it’s a bug or if the left side has always been non-adjustable.
