Laser Problem

dear pangolin Users,
i am using Blits 5w laser from Germany . yesterday during the show the laser suddenly shutdown the and after i turn on and when i play the laser it is shuting down so please any one give me a suggestion what is the problem .

I have no idea why your laser is shutting down, but I will be surprised if the problem turns out to be our software. Please check with the manufacturer of the laser system and see if you can determine why it is shutting down. It could be a power supply problem or heat-related problem. I am not sure...
