Ld2000 Enanced Reality Preview error

My Pangolin software is working fine apart from the Enhanced Reality Preview.
When i try to use this i get a runtime error as follows.
The insrtruction at "0*003f24d8" referenced memory at "0*007e4650". The memory could not be "written" Click on OK to terminate the program.
Can anybody help me resolve this problem thanks

Im using windows xp
gforce mx4400
120gig hard drive
1gig kingston memory
Pangolin qm2000 board firmware 20/12/2001 memory 134,217,728
serial (u dont need that)

I think as you have just upgraded to XP Pro SP2, it may be to do with the openGL driver on your PC needing to be upgraded or reconfigured. Perhaps try checking with your video card manfacturer for updates for SP2, or to see if there are other OpenGL issues with the SP2 upgrade. It may just be that the OpenGL control panel needs reconfiguring.
