Dear Sir,

Whe BEYOND fail it create ZIP files in "Send_To_Pangolin" folder. Just open you folder where installed BEYOND and you should see this subfolder. Send the files to email report at pangolin dot com.

If BEYOND generate a report file and ask to send it - please do it.
