You're aware of the ShowPortal? You need to have bought your FB3 off a registered retailer to gain access. There are heaps of free sequences there - the package of "Fibonacci" ones I've found great for hardcore.
Also I'd suggest running at a really high bpm and using a lot of the Colour, Multiplier, Transforming 'live' FXs manually or on Virtual LJ mode.
Best to have a few pages of rapidly changing hot beam, cone & sheet sequences, the slowly changing and static don't work well with hardcore unless you put them in the timeline and alternative them quickly to make up sequences.
