lost acount details cant update

hello administrator,
i tryed the contact form on the website but i get Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.?

i have the next problem.
some longe time ago i started with a project and bought quickshow.
now i want to finish the project but i get a date error.
okay i tryed to login to my acount to download the update.

but i cant remember my acount details so i am left with a expensive pease off software that stopped working.

i hope you can help me to get my acount back.

i bought the software new from stanwax.

We have a new site; you will need to re-register to gain access to the main software updates page where you can download the latest QuickShow installer to resolve your issue.
