made a new que, wont hold the effects

I made a new cue by importing my logo, I add effects to it but the effects won't stay applied to the cue, what am I doing wrong

figured it out, you have to append the effect to the cue

We are happy to hear that you have figured it out.

I guess you were using the "Quick FX" at the bottom, instead of the Effect Editor on the right side.

Yes, each cue can have it's own effect. Generally these are added using the Effect Editor tab on the right side of the window.
