Me again requiring help

Hi all again lol,
Is it possible to use Quickshow cues or should i say frames in LiveQuick, (animations etc) if so where would i find them and how, ive looked in every folder and cant find where they are saved.
And i looked in Quickshow at Cue Properties, but doesnt say where they are saved, am i being realy thick and its staring me in the face and just cant see it, you know us Brits lol.
Any help appreciated.
