Mi laser no anda con quickshow

Hi, how are you? Cristian from Argentina. I bought a RGB-246 laser, and it doesn't work with Pangolin. The program lets me turn the laser on and off, but when I put an image on it, it draws all meaningless lines.
On the other hand, I have a Neo Torch 4000, which works fine with the program and interface.

Sounds like that there is something wrong with the laser unit or with the cable. If the laser has anaolog color modulation, it should work fine.
Try another cable, otherwise contact the manufacturer of the laser.
