Midi velocity filter

Is there a way to filter extra midi note information like velocity. Trying to connect a synth to beyond to trigger cue's but when I learn a midi note the note contains velocity information.

Where do you learn? in the message grid? I doubt I use third byte of MIDI message, for CC this is value, for Note this is Velocity, both are dynamic, so no sense to use it for cue start.

On my keyboard I can select key touch sensitivity: soft, medium, hard, fixed.
The fixed is working the best for me.

I'm in midi surface settings, main grid. When is use a key and push it very slow/gentle is receive a note, for example 90 54 01, on release 80 54 00. This works. But the keys played the last 2 differ every time. Learing the cell down isn't the problem, but hitting with the same vekocity is practicaly impossible.
